This includes Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. Oddly enough, the studio did not specify an end date to the discount and as such, it’s hard to say when or how long the discount will last for. At the time of writing, the Alan Wake base game is retailing for RM32 and RM39 for the Collector’s Edition on Steam, meaning that you’ll be paying less than RM4 for either package.
