Specs-wise, all the memory kits are manufactured using binned Samsung ICs and feature a CL timing of 14-15-15-35. Additionally, the kits all run at a maximum frequency of 3600MHz and is available in four dual-channel 16GB sticks. Alternatively, G.SKILL is also releasing a 32GB (16GB x2) variant of its new memory, which also runs at the same frequency and CL14 timings.

On paper, the new 64GB DDR4-3600 CL14 RAM should work on both Intel and AMD platforms. To that end, G.SKILL has validated this via the use of a couple of Intel Z490 motherboards from ASUS and MSI, as well as an AMD X570 platform. Of course, the new low-latency memory also supports Intel’s XMP 2.0 for easy overclocking as well. In terms of availability, G.SKILL says that its new memory kit should be available to the masses before the end of 2020.
